These guys are very friendly and trustworthy to work on my vehicles. They take the time to make sure the job is done right and have excellent customer service. Have taken my truck here many times for routine maintenance and repairs and they have always been fair and honest and gotten the job done. Have also taken my other vehicles and again always top notch service! A+++++

Can’t say enough good about this shop! We were visiting from BC Canada and our camper Van was not starting consistently… this crew diagnosed us on the spot and had our battery replaced in no time! Really quality service and a very fair price. Highly recommend! Not to mention this was late Friday afternoon on a long weekend!! Kudos to these heros! Saved our vacation.

I brought my car in because it was running poorly. This shop told me I had a “bad cylinder due to rust” and basically implied the engine was done. I decided to get a second opinion, and another shop was able to fix the issue without replacing the engine. The repair was costly, but nowhere near the price of a new car. This place misdiagnosed the problem and nearly convinced me to give up on a car that was completely repairable. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Update: The response from this business is an empty gesture. They were contacted about these issues and chose to do absolutely nothing about it. Rating changed from 2 to 1. --------- Original review follows ---------- I've had 3 experiences here at Superior Auto. The first was for an oil change. That went fine. No complaints. Basic maintenance thing. Later when I needed service on an older truck, they did provide a thorough report as others have mentioned. However, it also came across as excessive in a way. I've had other mechanics look at my truck and they'll note stuff but not suggest repairing it. I think they suggest repairing maybe more than you should.
