Went into the office a few days before I took the car in to schedule an appointment and scheduled a basic transmission service, a 30-40min job. Dropped the car off on the day before the service was scheduled. By days end of the scheduled service no call about the status of my car and i called with no answer. Next day, no call and at that point I needed my car back because I work for a living and my car is essential to my work. I left a voice-mail as such and I would pick up the car that day as I needed it for work and to hold the key and call me when the parts were available to do the job and I would arrange to have it brought back in. Almost 2 weeks later and still no call from the shop so I just go pick up the key. If I had not picked up my car I would be waiting over 2 weeks for a basic

Most definitely! They saved me a lot of money, they were kind, they were resonable, and they are in the cool old building doing the cool old-school thing that is being a good mechanic! I have a 2019 F150 and they didn't flinch at the new-fangled bunch of computers that is my vehicle! Highly recommend.

I took my car to have it worked on and they figured out it was the pcm that was wrong with it. The receptionist forgot to order my parts when she was supposed to and they kept telling me days it would be ready and they ended up keeping it for 4 weeks and nothing got worked on, on top of that they had said my part was gonna cost around $600 dollars and said it was all gonna come out to about 3,000 dollars and that included labor as well. When I asked them why it was gonna cost that much they said it was because the part was a little more than they thought but was still around $600 for the part and couldn’t tell me still why it was adding up to almost 3,000 dollars.
