We had such a great experience here! I was involved in a wreck that totaled my vehicle, so my husband was looking at cars on Carvana and I guess it alerts the dealerships? Anyways, we got a call from the dealership to set up a time to come look around. Aaron showed us the car my husband had been looking at online, just in a different color. I told him I wanted to test drive it but had to get my kiddos from school and he let us take it to get the kids! They made the process so simple and we left less than 4 hours later with my new 2024 Ford Escape! I absolutely LOVE it! Bought a 2021 Chevrolet Silverado RST about 3 months ago. Great vehicle and the buying process was easy. Only issue I’ve had is getting my license plates. Can’t seem to get an actual answer on what the problem is. They use a 3rd party company for out of state vehicle registration but that company can’t give me any information either. Just feels like a game of “let me check on that” and never getting a real answer. Would I buy from them again? Yea I would, they gave me a good deal and I feel like I got a good vehicle. Would I register the vehicle myself next time? Yes just so the process would be smoother.
