Joe did a great job on my 2000 Road King. I lived in TX for 3 years and during that time I could never really find a reliable shop, it actually got so bad that before moving back to NJ 1 shop actually crashed my bike and I ended up taking back from the shop with the bike not even running. While I did have to reach out to Joe a few times to check in and get updates the end result was fantastic. He's incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, he taught me quite a bit about my own bike and he took the time to detail and explain exactly what was wrong with it and why it wasn't running. I own a 2000 Road King with a screaming eagle engine swap and all the upgrades that come along with it, he was able to tell me details and specs about my bike that multiple shops could never answer. ***Warning*** Do not use this shop to do any repairs to your bike. Has very little knowledge of fixing bikes, also they don't give you receipt with company name on it (this should be a red flag). Easy way for them to avoid warranty work or say they did the work. Had my bike repaired there to replace clutch. Once completed and pick up the bike, loud whining noise coming from clutch cover. I knew something was wrong, but they said that is normal, it was louder then my radio. I had to take to another shop and confirmed the chain was over tighten. The other shop had to redo all the work again and caused more damage to the bike then before. Only road the bike for 200 miles and whipped out the chain tensioner and brand clutch basket bearing that was just installed by them. heard to many compl

The best of the best awesome spot. Honest guys. Owner down to earth and straight to the point on what needs to be done. Joe from Superior Cycle is the best. Even in the wintertime, he goes above and beyond to help me with my bikes. Always knowledgeable, honest, and willing to take the extra time to make sure everything is done right.
