If you want your oil to be changed, they do that. But that's all they did with me. They said they top off all the fluids and check the air pressure in the tires. I needed air in 1 tire it was very low. I was told to go in and pay. I was watching them at the time and they really didn't do anything. No tire check, no washer check, no new oil. I walked into the desk to pay. She was confused about why I was there they weren't done with the oil change. Had to call out and get the details so I could pay. They just wanted me out of the way, watching them do what I paid for. I guess? That's fine. But what's not fine is the fact they did nothing of what they said they do. No fluid checks. I added almost a half a bottle of windshield fluid when I got home. My tire was still at the same LOW pressure

I understand that the oil change must be done as quick as possible as I paid for my oil change I was told by the mechanic you know how to reset your oil light right? I said yes I do but thinking that should have been done by you the mechanic and I also didn't pay attention till I was gone that there wasn't an oil change sticker with miles for next due date and Mileage again I was in a rush to do things I went to check under the hood and there was oil everywhere! I don't understand how dirty someone can be with someone else's vehicle it take a few seconds to wipe down the customer's vehicle
