Superior Tire Recappers

I work overnights so my uncle to my truck to get an alignment done for me so i can get some sleep. He took my truck to Superior in Canton. I wanted him to go to Firestone but that’s where he went and them folks played him. How you gone “manually” do a wheel alignment to the “manufacturer specifications” on 24 inch rims on 35’s with 1.5 in spacers. Aint nothing manufacturer about that! 300.00 to mess my truck up! And did I mention they cut one of my tire rods😡 passenger side tire sitting out almost an inch future than the driver side tire. They know they don’t have the system to do a wheel alignment. If i wanted it done by eye balling it i could’ve done it myself. Now i got to buy another set of tire rods get them put on and get another damn front end alignment. Do not take your vehicle to

I sent my dry van trailer to this tire shop to replace a tire. Before sending it, I clearly asked for the price over the phone and was quoted $400. After the job was completed, they charged $600 instead. There was no approval, no explanation, and no call to inform me about any price change before doing the work. This is very unprofessional and feels dishonest. As a trucking business owner, I rely on clear communication and agreed pricing. I will not be using this shop again and I do not recommend them to other truckers. Always get everything in writing if you decide to work with them.

On behalf of my old man, “Superior Tire doesn’t ever have to worry about him spending another dollar with them again”. Given that he went in for a routine front end alignment, he ended up having to pay for the upper control arm bolts that THEY broke and refused to fix. This issue is the lack of accountability and total disregard to loyal customers, but hey who are we? Best of luck
