Superior Tomball Car Wash

I've come to Superior Tomball for 10+ years. I'm not sure what happened in the last 3 years that has caused both the details and customer service to turn so poorly, but it is beyond excusable. I brought my wife's car in for a detail, the $65 car package plus shampooing. What I got in return was a vehicle smothered in an abundance of plastic and leather dressing without the shampooing that I paid for. Upon retrieving my car I was visibly confused and asked the detailer if he forgot to vacuum. He said "no habla" when I asked in spanish for his manager he said he was not there anymore. (4:30 on Friday) I will NEVER come back to Superior Car Wash, new management has run this place into the ground.

Not good. Got the superior premium package. Well below average. Interior was barely vacuumed. Won’t be returning. Too many other options nowadays. As you can see the tires weren’t done correctly either. My only other regret is that I tipped anyone.

I've always gone here for great service! 😁 From the manager to the staff...all superb! Got my car and my daughter's car wash! They do excellent work from vacuuming to detailing your car! Keep up the amazing work!

Just paid for the ultimate car wash, go in it to leave, the whole driver seat is soaked wet and they didnt even wipe down my dash. The inside is still dirty. Worst car wash ever.

My truck was suppose to be vacuumed inside and I didn't notice until i got home they didn't even try. I am very disappointed in the service. I called but now I have to go and waste my time. I wont be going back after.
