Absolutely the best car wash in Havasu! Very nice people and the best, most modern car wash equipment. Full shade coverage for you and your car on hot days. Two vacuums on each side, so you never have to wait. Compressed air at each drying station. Even loaner towels and glass cleaner! Four levels of car wash all very good values. I get the number two because I really like the Armor All and tire polish.

Ridiculous customer service. I paid for the graphine wash which is the most expensive. The rude ladys said because I'm not in their system I would have to comeback tomorrow. I explained to them how ridiculous that is as I already paid. T&C said wait 30 mins not a whole day. They finally let me in after waiting in a long line. Shameful how they would treat a so called "member" No drying towels were available as advertised until I was done then they finally restocked. Back of the truck wasn't even clean. I had a much better experience at the Bullhead City location

Best car wash in town. Open late, attentive employees and an amazing wash. Ala cart options on different wash, wax and fragrances. A vending machine filled with towels and armor all and all other accessories you'll need. Even a public restroom. I think competition is leaving the one star reviews, if I could give more than 5 I would. Will definitely be back, they got a new loyal customer for sure.

The chain at the entrance to the car wash system stopped working when I drove in. Attendant had just sprayed front of my car with the “pre treatment” spray as is customary when the chain stopped. After getting the chain to start up, he was a few steps ahead of me and my car passed by without the “pre treatment” being properly applied to the back of the car. Went through the wash and drove to Home Depot. When I came out of H.D., I noticed the top back section of my car was filthy. Drove back to Surf Thru to show them my car was not washed properly. This was one hour after I left and I showed the time stamped receipt to the employee who professed to be the “manager.” Her name is Littlefeather. Not a good wash this trip. No brushes touched the hood, front, windshield, or roof. This left a dirty front, hood, and windshield. I have an expedition without a crossbar or a roof antenna. Most of the vacuums had very poor suction, so I had to search for a spot with adequate suction.
