Surf Thru Express Car Wash

I have the monthly plan, this place is great, the people who work there are always cleaning the brushes, the walls, the complete system. They are on it like white on rice, they make sure the place is in tip/top shape. They have vacuum and high pressure air to clean your car and trash can, good music playing, lots of stalls and plenty of spots to finish detailing your ride.

If I could give a 0 I would. I went this morning 9/24/25 a little before 9am. I called after, explaining the new scratches and how my car is still dirty.. I was told "our carwash doesn't cause scratches, it might have been how dirty your car was" and that they could only offer me going through the car wash again.. I drove back and showed the girl my car and she took pictures (no one else ever spoke to me or came out to look so it was the poor girl who just runs the cards). You could visibly see it didnt clean the car and dirt and debris CAN get stuck in car wash mats/sponges... if they arent properly maintaining them or this is happening then they should make it right. I got my refund and complementary scratches... and not just a little scratch.. a bunch of little scratches and still have

I was unsatisfied with the quality. They had a young person with a power washer at the beginning of the wash to get the rear of the vehicle, which I thought was nice, but the employee did a very haphazard job. I spoke to an employee and showed them how dirty my vehicle still was and he just gave excuses and didn’t offer to try and remedy the situation.

First time I’ve been here to get my car washed and such a waste of money. The only thing they’re good for is the compressor and vacuums. You’re better off giving your money to the homeless on the corner right up the street.

I don’t understand the rave reviews. I paid $20 to wash my truck. It basically just streaked the dirt. A garden hose would be more efficient. Yes, they have free vacuums, but the suction is entirely inadequate to pick sand off of car carpet.
