Surf Thru Express Car Wash

We have been a part of the memberships for the ultimate car wash for as long as they have been open. The quality of their service has continued to decline, even though they are making changes. Most recent recently they have changed from using pre-wash spray and brushes on windows and headlights, etc. to a power spray that sprays directly in the driver’s view on the windshield and only there this . The remainder of the windshield still has a dirty film no matter how many times you go through. The brushes are misaligned and the hood, top and back of the car never even gets touched. The membership is a great value, even if you just get the dirt and grime rinsed off your car, but why should we settle for less than what we originally paid for and signed up for? I certainly hope that management

The woman working the cashier window was super sweet and very helpful. The only reason for the missing stars is the man working in the wash. I had to go back through because my first wash didn’t get everything, and while the cashier was great about explaining what to do next time, I could hear the man in the wash talking badly about me. Cars aren’t soundproof, and that was disappointing hear.

Beautiful new location, right off pyramid highway out in Spanish Springs. Stopped by today on a Sunday and it was pretty busy. Everything went smooth. Car wash was great, a large amount of vacuum stations, Free air freshener. Love this new spot!

I don't expect perfection from a automated car wash, but it was terrible. The car wasn't that dirty, but it missed a lot. I watched the attendants pressure wash the front and rear of the car ahead of me, but when it was my turn they decided not to pressure wash the front or rear of my car and no one was behind me. I went home and washed it myself, kinda pointless and I don't think I'd go back.
