Steve was fantastic! I needed a couple gas shocks for my outside camper door and he was able to order them and have them for me the next day. Very knowledgeable and helpful around the store with questions we had about our camper! He has a customer for life. Thanks Steve!

I have been looking for a long while for a Sun Seeker Class C RV. Over the course of the last six months or so I have looked at many RV dealerships (on east and west coasts). I found Susquehanna RV through RV Trader. By making a few phone calls I made plans to go to PA from Long Island New York. I was very pleased with everyone i encountered (whether on phone or in person) My sales person Tim was great. I decided on the one I really liked. A few calls later with finance person (Udell), things were finalized. I drove back to PA to complete paperwork. I had it transported here (as NY bridges are not something to drive on first time out with a new RV) The 2 people who drove it here were quite pleasant also. While stopping for lunch while traveling, I noticed water dripping onto our Class B's floor, looking up I noticed the vent van cover was cracked in 2 places, with rather large holes. Not having a means to get to the roof to tape over the holes, my wife suggested I phone a local RV dealer. Although I didn't think any dealer would immediately provide help, I phone Susquehanna RV in Bloomsburg. To my surprise, they said stop in and they would see what they could do. They didn't have the fan's cover, so they applied outdoor weatherproof tape to the vent cover and said that should allow us to complete your trip so we continued to Madison WI.

Thadd was incredibly pushy for a cash deposit, even when I offered a card fpr the deposit. He repeatedly made 'jokes' about how he wanted the camper that I was applying for making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Scott was snarky and failed to address my concerns and these sheisters wanted 2700k down on a 10k camper with a credit score in the mid 700's. Ya'll are best to do business elsewhere because someone is sketchy here

I made my appointment 3 months before dropping my camper off. We were VERY clear on what we needed done to our camper. One of the main reasons for making an appointment was to have the light in our Awning replaced. When we made the appointment they asked me to take a picture of the part number so they could order the lights. I emailed them months in advance with all of the information they requested. At no point in time did Matt tell me we had to pay for the lights before they were ordered ( or I would have) we dropped off the camper on a Monday Wednesday they tell us after we called them the lights were NEVER ordered because we never paid for them.
