Susquehanna RV

My wife and I visited here on Tuesday 9/30/25. We have spent weeks looking for the right camper for the right price. We were under a time crunch at this point. We tried coming here on a whim and absolutely at the last minute. Marsha was our sales rep and was absolutely fantastic. Not pushy sales pitch. No endless questions or trying to push us to something more expensive. We found one we loved but sadly couldn't get financed. Working closely with Danielle in finance and Marsha, not only did we get approved for a newer model but at a great rate! We had one caviot... we NEEDED it today! Danielle, Marsha, the service manager as well as some other team members stayed late (after closing) and MADE IT HAPPEN. I cannot praise this family business enough and will live on my soapbox telling anyone

I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership. I had an RV emergency while passing through town as a solo traveler. Amber addressed my issue immediately. They went out of their way to make the time to diagnose, locate the part and install a difficult repair in order to get me on my way as quickly as possible. Dennis was amazing and efficient! My safety and continued travels was their priority. Everyone from sales through service went out of their way to be friendly! My dog was given lots of treats and pets during my time there, and I just can't begin to say how appreciative I was of their skill, expertise and most especially, their kindness!

My husband and I had one of the best purchasing experiences with Susquehanna RV. The listing price on the website was the price we paid, there were no hidden fees, delivery costs or "prep" services. Dave from the sales department was very knowledgeable and helpful, we finished the whole process on the phone within a few hours, drove to the dealership in 2 days, got orientation and signed the papers. Financing, service and accessories departments were also amazing to work with. It felt like we were buying from a best friend. We will share great feedbacks with our friends and definitely will be future customers.
