OUTSTANDING STAFF AND SERVICE TEAM! My car salesman Christian was like a long lost friend - personable, super helpful, and didn't make me feel like I was being sold a timeshare. And then there was Jeffrey, the service/floor manager who was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Super chill, down-to-earth, and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions without making me feel like a nuisance. NEVER have I had such a comfortable experience at a car dealership! Exceptional staff and service ~ to say the least. Had a recall for my Nissan Sentra hood latch. Brought in a few months ago and they handled it free of charge in a couple of hours. A couple of months later went to go pop my hood for the first time and it would not open, could feel tension put it would not pop. Scheduled an appointment to get it looked at. Travis took a look and was able to pop the hood while lifting up on it while I pulled the release lever. He said that he could tell by looking at it the cause was not the problem for the hood latch recall that they fixed, would cost $125 to diagnose and then whatever the price would be to repair after. I said no way since that seemed ridiculous. Contacted Nissan corporate and they said it's up to the dealers and they could do nothing about it. I was able to get my hood popped with assist

They recently let me purchase an oil change package for over $200 on my car that died a month later. No one mentioned that my transmission was dying and needed to be replaced because my car passed their so called “inspection”. They will scam you for every penny. Do better.

Amazing experience! I absolutely LOVE my new pathfinder and the staff at Sutherlin were all so nice and friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being stalked or attacked by hawks in the lot like I did at other dealerships. The whole process was way faster than I expected and I will definitely choose them again. Worst Experience of buying vehicle. I bought a Used Car Ford edge 2018 from this dealer 4 months ago. Within a week immediately got check engine light issue from the vehicle and went to Ford for repair the engine they told to replace the engine which would cost me around 11k. I called the dealer multiple times but no response, Worst experience I ever had with the car.
