I happened to visit this Auto Repair shop with my daughter. She has a 2019 Prius Hybrid XLE, leaking Coolant and there's no heat in the car because of that. i tried to troubleshoot it, describing the issue to Gemini. The first culprit pointed out is a known issue with the Exhaust Heat Exchanger for which Toyota issued a TSB (technical service bulletin). Then burping the air trapped in the coolant hoses to the heater core. When i put coolant in the empty main coolant tank, it started draining out pretty fast. Jacked it up looked around for leaks, checked the exhaust to see if a white smoke with smell of coolant. No leak anywhere, no exhaust smoke. So we took it to Swami Auto, about 4pm on Jan 19. Swami Auto repairs is one of the best auto repair services that I have visited to get my vehicle service. Their diagnostic analysis is top notch. Sanjay found an issue with axle that I have been having issues over a decade and had been to many service shops and no one could point out. It was ordered and replaced within an hour.
