SWC Downtown Paint & Body Prescott

I recently got into a car accident and my insurance had me go to SWC body shop. They were amazing and helpful throughout the whole process. It was the kind of customer service that really sticks out to you. Unfortunately insurance ended up deciding to consider my car totaled but I know that in the future if I ever need to get any work done on my car this is where I will go. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful company to work with!

The service and performance at SWC is exemplary. Wyatt and his team did an excellent job on repairing my Lexus SUV. He worked with me with the insurance company and on getting the appropriate and necessary repairs made. The result was outstanding. I recommend SWC absolutely. They are first rate and if I ever need repair or servicing of this kind again, I will go there. Thank you SWC and keep up the good work!

I hit a deer in my car (mazda) and thanks to word of mouth went to the SWC Downtown Paint and Body Shop in Prescott. Wyatt was easy to work with and keep excellent communication with myself and my spouse. He kept us informed of the parts, any delays and what all needed repaired. He was honest and forthcoming when answering questions. My car is running great and looks great! Wonderful shop with incredible, hard-working people. 10/10 would recommend

Many thanks to the SWC team for the fantastic work performed in repairing my fiberglass fender. Appreciated that they detailed the interior and exterior as well as providing frequent updates. Pretty streamlined process with State Farm, would absolutely come back for any future work if needed. The signed thank you card from the techs was a nice touch!
