Sweat Tire & Automotive - Robertsdale

I purchased a used fifth wheel in Gulfshores. The tires were dry rotted and I did not want to pull it until it had new tires. I called and they came out the next morning put the tires on did a great job and customer service was amazing. Highly recommend

Front desk service was quick, kind, and well responsive. I was in and out in an efficient time. The service I asked for was done well and I am pleased with everything. It was my first time as well. Update: Disclaimer: I usually check the lug nuts myself after a service, but I was in good faith thinking whoever worked on my car would do their job. I lost a lug nut while driving. Pulled over and couldn’t find it. Went and actually checked the lug nuts myself, including my lock lug nuts, and found that 2 lug nuts on each of my tires were loose and not to torque specs. Waiting to hear back from someone. Update: Spoke to the boss store manager Allen Bailey and he made things right. He had given professional solutions for my situations and we discussed how to make it right.

I was extremely pleased that Sweat Tire in Robertsdale, Alabama was able to come to my campsite to replace two RV tires. Madison, the customer service person was very professional and efficient. The only disappointment was that the service technicians arrived 2 hours 20 minutes after my 8:00 a.m. appointment. I was dialing to cancel because I had other appointments that day. Once the service techs showed up the job was completed in 40 minutes. They were pleasant and respectful.

My first encounter went perfectly. After getting a few quotes they were the fairest of them all. Then they not only fixed my breaks and car needs but they accommodated my schedule. Last minute my ride canceled so they brought me home then also made sure my vehicle was finished in time to pick up my son!! They were fast, friendly and financially fair. I will definitely be using them for all my future vehicle needs!

This company’s team is awesome. They where very busy and still took the time to make sure my car was safe and the tire was fixed in less than and hour. I was so impressed I scheduled and appointment for them to pick up my car while I’m at work and put 3 more tires on. Update: They picked up the car on time worked with me to ensure everything was handled in the best way for me while I was at work to pay the bill and get my car back. Tires are fantastic and the car is driving amazing! Thanks so much Sweat Tire Team!!! I would recommend Sweat Tire to anyone who need tire or general car work!
