I’ve been going to Sweeneys for my car maintenance needs for 6-7 years now. They are very polite, honest, and professional. I was always the person that wouldn’t let anyone touch my car, other than the car dealership. Save yourself the inconvenience making appointments with dealships, save yourself with dealerships wanting to upsell you everything. You won’t be disappointed going to Sweeneys! They are great!

I've come to Sweeney's Garage for all my car problems for quite some time, and they've been exceptional every time! The other day, I stopped by because my car was making a strange sound after braking. Phil fixed the problem within 30 minutes, and I've had no problems since. I recently purchased a car from Phil after my previous car became road unroadworthy. I only asked him to look at the first cylinder that was misfiring but he went above and beyond and did a full inspection of my vehicle and identified that I had a cracked subframe. Thank fully he took the extra time to identify this issue as who knows what could have happened with how bumpy the roads can be in Buffalo. He did not charge me for this consultation and offered me a very fair price on a replacement vehicle after I requested his help to find me one. He made sure that everything was in tip top shape before I purchased the vehicle as well as offering to pay for a few small fixes like the the hands free that needed to be properly connected to get full functionality of my aftermarket Apple play sys

My boyfriend made an appointment for a nys inspection a week in advance. The day comes, we drop off his car before business hours like we've done dozens of times at Sweeney's. We're used to a wait time so we just let the garage do their thing. We're waiting for a text, a call, a check-in anything. It gets to be close to their closing time, so we call and check to see what's up. The lady tells me "we didn't even know your car was there." Mistakes absolutely happen and appointments sometimes fall through the cracks... but rather than just own up to their mistake, they start lecturing us on how it's up to us to come in physically to the store when we drop it off, and tell them the car is there... I don't really understand how customers can come in at 7 am and let the business know anything w
