Swickard Toyota 101 Service and Auto Parts

Had a 9am service appointment, got there at 9am sharp. No other cars were waiting to be processed, thought I could get out pretty quick. Fast forward 30mins later. I've watched their staff process two other cars that arrived later than me, and even pulled one of them forward for service. Knocked on the office door and discovered that the staff who was just doing vehicle checkin is now taking a phone call. The checkin process definitely doesn't need to be this frustrating.

Went here with my father as a prospective buyer and they told us accurate prices, compared mid-tier and upper tier Toyotas and the interior finishes, gas vs EV, and SUVs versus sedans. There will be no one there if you go at night. During the day it is busy.

Only been there once but I was super impressed. I was looking for the parts department and I drove in the wrong way. A pleasant young kid directed me to the right door. Parts dept. I was met with a knowledgeable gentleman who promptly looked up the belt I needed, rung me up and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend this place.v

Once again, really great maintenance service. They always call me to keep me updated. Tod even came out to speak with my husband about a particular repair under warranty that I couldn't explain well. Really nice guy. I asked Tod about the beautiful display of a remodeled Toyota 101. Sounds like it's not happening anytime soon. Too bad.
