Title: Mitchell T. at Swifty…. Goes Above and Beyond I’ve used Swifty’s unlimited washes for years, but today—March 4, 2026—stood out. After rotator‑cuff surgery I wasn’t supposed to vacuum or wipe down my car. I didn’t have on my overwhelming DJO Global UltraSling IV, therefore Mitchell didn’t know about the surgery; he simply just wanted to know if he could help me with anything, while still doing his routine job, not missing anyone with the same attitude. Mitchell T. goes above and beyond at Swifty—his kindness turned a routine wash into a genuinely caring experience. His professionalism and upbeat manner raise the bar for everyone. We love coming to the car wash! The staff members are always so friendly and helpful! I have noticed the team consistently works on improving the car wash equipment to increase value and provide a pleasant and efficient experience, and also the vacuums generally work really well. Any time we have issues with the express lane scanning, someone comes over immediately and helps us. We really appreciate the excellent customer service provided at Swifty Car Wash! Thank y’all!

I have a membership and use it regularly. This particular location decorates the car wash for each holiday (which is just fun!). They have a great team overall, but Marvin is THE BEST!! Always dances and smiles as he pushes you through. Makes for a nice visit!
