I cannot praise enough!!! I took my car to Sycamore Auto Repairs for an exhaust problem that had been bothering me for weeks. The service advisor was very knowledgeable from the first inspection and quickly diagnosed the problem without pressure to offer unnecessary additional services. The repair was completed within the estimated timeframe, and the price was exactly as stated. They saved me from buying a complete exhaust pipe. It was a pleasure to receive honest and top-notch service from a local repair shop that clearly takes pride in its craftsmanship.

They are the nicest people on the planet and very respectful. They did a great job on my car and I am very happy. Great work and unbeatable price. They did a job for me for $350 same thing another place was trying to charge me $600! Thank you brother Hasmatullah for introducing me to this shop.

I had a very bad experience at this auto repair shop. The manager was dishonest about the work that needed to be done and the cost — what they told me before the repair was completely different from what I was charged afterward. When I tried to ask questions, the manager gave excuses and avoided taking responsibility. I also noticed the shop has a lot of five-star reviews, but based on my experience, I strongly believe many of those come from friends or people connected to the shop, not real customers. Please be careful before trusting those ratings. If you value honesty, clear communication, and fair treatment, I recommend going somewhere else.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership/auto shop. The level of service and communication was far below expectations. The staff didn’t seem interested in helping or explaining the issues properly, and I felt like my time and money were not valued. After trusting them with my vehicle, the problem wasn’t resolved as promised, and I ended up spending more trying to fix the same issue elsewhere.
