I have been at Buffalo for more than 40 years. Syed Auto Services is definitely the best. Their service is very reasonable, much reasonable then others. Mr. Kia is one of the most knowledgeable senior technicians. He is kind and considerate, always tried to help people. Yesterday, it was snowing heavily and I could not drive in these days. He and his son picked up my car for inspection and oil change and for break services, which was a long drive. Since he knew my situation, he even did not charge for the picking up. Mr. Shames is also my favorite technician. Thank Syed Auto Services for their great job!

Zia - the methodical remove and replace parts guy, really knowledgeable about foriegn vehicle troubleshooting. Shams - the MacGuyver / master of keeping old junk street legal and on the road, helping owners who cant afford a new vehicle just yet keep getting to work. He needs a torch, Mig Welder and pliers to basically swap engines and transmissions. Can do an alignment blindfolded while napping. Razaa - quiet and the thinking mans mechanic - a combo of Shams & Zia, a bit of an R&R guy and a bit of a introvert. Want your car/truck/maserati fixed? Tell him what its doing, leave it for a day or so and LEAVE HIM ALONE! He will call when done with it. Shams is amazing always provides genuine suggestions. He quotes every repair reasonably. If you are curious and want to ask questions about problem, he calmly answers all questions.

The first couple of times I went here I got amazing an amazing price for the work. But the last few times they did the worst thing a mechanic could do, not work on the car at all and charge me. It started with my engine belt, I went there once to have it replaced and the work took "two days". The belt is still squealing. I asked the second time I went in for belt work (even though the first time should have done the trick) and the problem still exists. I paid for both visits. Then I went back to have my rotors and pads replaced. I bought the materials needed from napa. After a few months I heard grinding and went to Monroe muffler(and at that time it was convenient) and they advised that my rotors and pads are way overdue. The first couple experiences I would've given this place
