I had a great experience at this collision shop after my Jeep needed repairs on my headlight and front bumper. Alec, Kyle, and Rob were all fantastic—professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. My Jeep looks as good as new, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their team!

I had to get some damage repaired that wasn't under insurance. They were very understanding and offered some options to skip some details and reduce the cost. They were very thorough in explaining how they would proceed on the work and managed to get a great result for a reasonable price.

Amazing job, I was very stressed after coming outside my home to find my brand new truck had been hit. I have had at least 3 experiences with Szott Toyota in 2020, from oil changes to routine servicing, and all have been excellent! I most recently brought my Lexus SUV to Szott Toyota for front-end and quarter panel repair (and associated internal engine issues) after a deer collision on Davisburg Road. I worked with Matt, the Body Shop Department Manager, on the repairs. Matt was tremendous! His service was impeccable and he represented my interests with my car insurance company. The value that I receive from Szott Toyots has always been superb. I have no need to return to my Lexus dealer for services. All future matters will be handled by Szott!
