Tonight I was hit by a person who blew a stop sign in Lake Orion. My vehicle could only turn left. Needs the body shop! Then my tow truck driver arrived sooner than what was expected! Stephen took great care of me and my brand new Jeep Willy's. Yeah from Waterford to Lake Orion. I'm very impressed by this company. If and I hope not next time I will call Waterford towing directly! Steve J. And Amanda were amazing when we experienced unexpected car issues. They were timely, responsive, nice, came to multiple locations and never made a group of car dummies feel stupid or bothersome. Great customer service and accommodated all of our requests. I’m never calling anyone else!

Daniel is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for me last night. My bf got stuck in a huge pile of plowed snow after sliding on some ice. He helped me throughout the process of getting my roadside assistance to help and how to work the stupid app for it. My bfs phone had died so he even called me to let me know he got him unstick and was on his way back home. All around great guy and service. Thank you so much Daniel!
