Just got my truck back and the transmission is leaking worse then ever and I waited over a month and half and spent a lot of money and they are rude and didn’t treat me right and didn’t want to speak to me about my vehicle bc I will tell my father the truth and two other people heard them when I was on the phone with them heard them lying and told my dad that they never said that, also all they cared about was how “bad the exhaust” was and they didn’t bolt the exhaust correctly, also they don’t like how fuel lines are metal or rubber….. MIND YOU I LIVE 3HRS AWAY….. DO NOT GO THERE

Had my transmission go out on the turnpike and the AAA Truck driver recommended the shop, (GUESS HE GETS A KICKBACK),They were more worried about how the exhaust was then actually doing a good job, the transmission leaks from multiple seals now and funny how they went on vacation as soon as I pulled away for a week , I live 300 miles away so they new i wouldn't come back, so they didn't care how shady the work was, Never AGAIN, TERRIBLE!!!!

I recently had an excellent experience at TJ’s. On a cross-country road trip, I was passing through the area when my transmission light (among others) came on. After stopping at a local auto parts store, they referred me to TJ’s to help diagnose the issue. The staff was incredibly friendly and allowed me to wait inside the shop with my dog while they took a look at my car. Understanding my predicament and the need to get back on the road as quickly as I could, they got to work servicing my car right away. While the issue was one that they ultimately deemed needed a dealership service, they talked me through the different possible issues and answered any questions I had. And even though they took about an hour of their time diagnosing the issues, they cut me loose free of charge. The serv

Terrible experience. Had transmission rebuilt there. Installed it and failed within first mile. Returned to shop and was treated exceptionally disrespectful. Told it was not their problem and it was installed improperly. Not true, as I have done this type of installation many many times. Had TJ's rework tranny. Reinstalled within the same issue reoccurring in less than 1 mile again. I wouldn't recommend TJ Transmission to my worst enemy.

I am from out of town and broke down and was lucky to have TJs close by and available to look at my vehicle. They got me back up and running and when I talked to my regular mechanic he told me they had a really great price on the repairs. They probably should have charged more. Thanks for all your help! Evan
