T & W Auto Repair

These guys were great! I was driving across the country and my 4Runner started to overheat. I called a couple of other mechanics in town and they said they couldn't even look at my car for days. I pulled up at T & W expecting the same as they seemed so busy. But they made time to check my car, talk to me in detail about what was going on and hardly wanted to charge me ($10) for thier time. I was so grateful I insisted on $25. Friendly, knowledgeable and dependable! I made it to my destination, Thank you T & W! Go straight to these guys!

Driving across the country when out power steering pump went out. They quickly finished the vehicle they were working on and within a few hours they had us all patched up and ready to go. The husband and wife said they have owned the shop and worked together since 1985! Don't let their age fool you, they are sharp! Highly recommended!

In January while driving to Wyoming our car started having issues. We were able to get into town but leaving town turned out to be a problem. I reached out to several different people but finally found someone here who had time to look at it. He met us at the Flying J, picked up the car and took it back to the shop. He agreed to work on it and so we left our car and items behind thinking it would only be a few days. Our car was in their procession for a month and not only did they not fix the issue, someone stole stuff out of the trunk while it was in their care. I do not recommend bringing your car here since the people who run this shop are clearly untrustworthy and don’t know what they’re doing.

My brakes went out driving through salt lake city, so I made it to evanston to get repairs. I originally went to Cowboy Motor Co and they gave me an estimate for $2500. So I made a call to T&W who got me back on the road within 2 days for $600. The best customer service and they even picked me up from my hotel for free by the owner. 5 star service for a stranded young man.

My oldest son was traveling from Washington State to Kansas and his transmission went out, just as he crossed into Wyoming. He was traveling by himself trying to get back to his military base on time, when this happened. We called the shop and they came and rescued him off of the highway, checked his car put, ordered the part he needed, and got him back on the road the next evening. They stayed late, on a Friday, to get this all completed just so he would make it on time. I want to say that they have made this Army Mom and Dad thankful that they cared enough to do this. Instead of saying sorry we close at 5 and we will finish it on Monday. He did make it on time, with a few hours to spare, and his car is running wonderfully.
