Fantastic company to do work with. Whether it’s getting your truck parts, or truck repaired. I’ve used Adrian for the last 6 years for parts and he’s always top shelf. Great customer service, great communication, always on top of it. If you’re looking for parts, I highly recommend him. We have an outside salesman, Billy, who is amazing also. Always answers and helps you regardless of the time. If he doesn’t answer, don’t put your phone down because he’s gonna call right back. Great great great group of guys.

Thanksgiving savior! Fernando and his crew at TAG Truck Center Oasis, Sprinter and Freight liner dealer in Memphis, Tennessee went above and beyond to help our family of 6 traveling across the USA to spend Thanksgiving with our son at Ft Campbel. Our class A RV broke down in the middle of no where the day before Thanksgiving at midnight and after reaching out to TAG Truck Center. Fernando our rep at TAGs leaped into action and went above and beyond to get us back on the road. The situation that sounded impossible and would not be able to get fixed within four days became possible in a mere handful of hours. Thank you so much to an amazing 👏 crew. We we're able to lay down more miles and smiles because of you.

I took my truck in Monday morning as soon as they opened I drop the truck off told them the problem that I was having which was an exhaust leak on the front part of the manifold on the DD 15 and I had a phantom coolant leak I suspected coming from the EGR cooler because there was no leak under the truck in the engine compartment under the dash no signs of dried coolant that have been sprayed and blown around. There was absolutely no sign of a leak. It wasn’t until Friday that they actually looked at my truck for a total of two hours charged me for six hours of diagnostic said they couldn’t find the leak and try to charge me $4000 to put on the exhaust manifold when I told them no I picked up my truck a week later and brought it to the house parked it. This center is a very honest and professional center. My wife was traveling across the country in our 2025 Sprinter RV when the check engine light came on. She worked with Fernando in the Service Dept. He was extremely helpful and patient in explaining why the light came on and what they did to fix it at no charge. We had a question on the next day, Saturday, about the particulate filter density that was increasing on the digital screen. I texted him, even though they were closed, hoping for a call back on Monday, and he called me back on Sunday morning to answer our question. Who does this on a weekend? We had just met him for the first time 2 days earlier. Thank you Fernando for going above and beyond, and for being so helpful!

Came in due to the fifth wheel having been cut off of my truck. The team here was AMAZING. They were never impatient with me (even though I checked in every few hours for an update) and always gave me a full run down of progress since my last check in. They got the parts, did the work, were skilled and professional throughout. I recommend TAG for any freightliner issues you might have. I have been here a couple dozen times and it is the ONE place where I don't feel the need to remove everything of monetary value from my truck when I leave it in their care. If I could give more stars, I would.
