Take 5 Oil Change

I really try my best to be calm and kind to everyone. As usual when you go to get an oil change they try to sell a bunch of things to you. I simply wanted an oil change but they said I needed an air filter. Isiah was the one helping me. He said he needed to check my cabin filter so I agreed. He attempted to remove my glove box to get to the cabin filter he was unable to get it. So he asked Daniel for help. Daniel came over and struggled to remove my glove box but finally got it popped off enough to tell me that it wasn’t worth the trouble to take it off completely. So if I wanted it checked take it to the dealership. I said okay. So he attempted to get the glove box back in place since it was hanging off still not on the track he was unable to he called the manager Alan. Who eventually got

These people said they didn’t know how to do an oil change on my car. LOL. 2020 Subaru Wrx. Coming from a “shop” that specializes in oil changes. I highly recommend against using this place. The old guy was even bragging about how great they are before I pulled in.

I went to get my oil changed. All were good til I was driving and started to smell burning from my hood. I thought it was a small oil spill so I kept on driving. The smell of burn never went away so I called and told them. Went here again and they basically said it wasn’t oil and it was from somewhere on my engine. Basically hurried me off. I felt defeated, especially because I am Deaf. I feel like they took advantage of that and basically told me to leave. I went to a mechanic today and good enough it is the oil spill that you guys caused in the first place. Thank you for making me pay even more for the mistake you guys made in the first place. Very fast service on a Sunday. Great crew, knew all about my car. Friendly and helpful. My car battery is getting weak, and when it wouldn't start they had a jumper battery ready to go in seconds and got me started and on my way. I like these guys a lot! There's always a coupon available, and I am particular appreciate the veterans discount of 25%.

This was my fist time at Take 5 and I was very satisfied. I usually feel uncomfortable taking my car to anywhere else but the dealership but not anymore. It was vastly cheaper and quicker than what the dealership could do. Everyone there was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Multiple team members came to see how I was and offered water. I will be a returning custome!!
