Take 5 Oil Change

Travis and James were amazing. Went to Aledo location on 1187 near the CVS. They performed several checks all the while communicating everything had been done properly. They were super friendly and professional. I’ll be back again. Thank you and know you’re appreciated. These guys need recognition for the great job they do.

This use to be a great place. They are severely shorthanded and very, very long wait times. This place don’t have their act together any. Never going back! Also tried getting my inspection done, inspector did not get there until 12:00 pm and then had to wait another 30 mins because he was busy changing oil. I just left without my inspection.

Great service from the crew at Take 5 Aledo! There was a line of three cars in front of me when I arrived and they still got my oil change and inspection done in about a half hour. Very efficient and good teamwork! Friendly service too!

Positives: The guys were nice and they gave me a cold bottle of water. Plus they are open later than most places Negatives: there no one to answer the phone to tell you a wait or estimate before you get there. I went twice, first for an oil change and inspection. There’s only two guys working, wait about 45 minutes before the oil change. Oil change is very expensive for synthetic, about $160 for my truck. They finish and I’m like what about the inspection? They’re like sorry, didn’t hear you and we just closed and can’t do it. Came back the next day for the inspection, on a wait again. Got it fine. Nothing wrong with them just not a good value, no way to call ahead and seem to be on a wait so I’ll find somewhere else.

They handed me an ice cold water as soon as I drove up. The technicians were super friendly and informative. And best of all, you don't even have to get out of your car!
