Washhouse Aledo

I use this car wash several times a week. I have a membership and it’s conveniently on the way home. The employees that scan the membership and the employees that work in the drive-through are always extremely nice. I appreciate the fact they brush the back of the truck. They spend a good amount of time on the truck with the pre-wash if it’s a little more dirty than usual. My only complaints are I feel like every time I take the truck through the wash there’s new scratches on it or marks. I could be Trippin but i hand wash and dry the truck multiple times a week so I’m pretty aware of what marks are pre-existing. the machinery that washes the vehicle through the drive-through look dirty. They do provide towels and spray bottles. The vacuum is always working. the attachment sometimes are

Went here today for an outside wash and to have the interior vacuumed and cleaned. The lady at the register told me that would cost $55.00. I told her I wasn't going to pay that. She then proceeded to tell a 70 year old woman with a bad back to do the vacuuming myself. I told her I could go to Red carpet on Camp Bowie and get a great job done, it would be cheaper and they would do the wheels. I then had to wait in the car wash line in order to get out of here. I then drove to Red Carpet where the people are SO NICE. Got a wash, the interior done and the wheels done for $32.99. Plus Red Carpet is brushless, so it doesn't cause swirl marks in the paint. Don't use this place in Aledo. It used to be a good car wash, but now it's just a place that wants to take advantage of people.

We have been coming to this car wash for over 10 years. While the prices have understandably gone up, it’s a great place to get a really good outside/inside wash. Some of the workers have been here for many years which is a testament to ownership. I’ll keep coming!

Do not use this car wash. Our vehicle got beat up by a CB antenna from previous car that went through. It got caught in one of the brushes. Beat dents in our car all the way down the side and around back. Gave them a week to sort things out like manager asked only to call today and him tell us sorry not responsible!!! I would leave no stars but that’s it an option!! This place is trash!! Still trash!!!

I had a brand new car that I took to get washed at Aledo wash house. Immediately after it was washed there were multiple scratches on the hood and a big scratch on the side. I called immediately and brought it down there for them to try and huff it out (it’s unable to be buffed out). They said they would “review the cameras.” This happened in July. I’m just now hearing from them that OF COURSE they aren’t responsible. This review isn’t just for the lack of responsibility taken for the scratches (it’s extremely evident they are from the car wash), but also the months it has taken for them to respond. I had to call MULTIPLE times. Speak to MULTIPLE people. It’s bad business. And I’m extremely disappointed.
