Take 5 Oil Change

Poor customer service , the crew seemed like the were under the influence, and to be honest it’s sad . I used to love take 5 oils changes but now I feel skeptical to even go and have my car faulty . The tech didn’t even let me see the oils dip stick he kinda pulled it out and came to the window and when right back got he engine bay . I barely got a glance at it . When first tuned on the car it was giving a sputtering sound then the tech said give it gas and it went away that’s never happen to me . So yea I would def not come back to this location . And this is how the left the car

oil change took over 50minutes cause employee was more concerned about being on his phone than actually working, didn’t even check the last tyre on the car in front of me while doing the inspection and spent less than 1 second on the 3 tyres he checked the pressure of( almost made me leave seeing that, but decided i would request service from the other individual, thankfully he didn’t touch my car)

It was ok. The job got done but they didn’t top off all my fluids (washer and transmission). The guys were friendly but the professionalism was nothing like the commercials. I’ll stick to the dealership. It’s a bit of a drive but it’s also cheaper enough to make it worthwhile. I wouldn’t mind paying for the convenience of take five, but it just was not a stellar experience.

Mike at Take 5 was very helpful. I appreciate the genuine calmness the staff had yesterday when I wasn't sure how the process worked. They were very kind and informative on concerns I had. The process was simple and quick. All while you wait in your car. I was done with the oil change and air filter within a short time frame. Thanks again.

Stopped in for an oil change this evening and had a great experience with Zach and Mike. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Each of them went above and beyond, in offering further services, asking about the condition of my vehicle, and showing genuine concern regarding my car. I've had rough experiences at different Take 5 franchises in the past but my experience here has made sure this is where I will come from here on out!
