From the moment I pulled in, he was super friendly, incredibly professional, and just an all-around great person to work with. It’s rare to meet someone who brings this level of genuine customer care and expertise to their job, but Adam truly stands out. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I sincerely hope upper management recognizes the caliber of employee they have in Adam. Excellent service I had questions to ask I asked the questions and they were answered. My husband passed and I know absolutely nothing about keeping the car up but the young man told me about my fluids he told me about my filter. I’m just very impressed and I will be back that’s gonna be the only place I go because I know that they care.

I want to give a big shout out to Devin. He was truly outstanding. I had a flat tire on the property and he came over to check on me and even brought me some water while I waited for roadside assistance. They were swamped and it took a while, but he never once made me feel like a burden. By the time my tire was fixed, it was about 30 minutes before closing. What impressed me the most was that he still served me like I was his first customer of the day. Most people ease up when it’s close to closing time, but not him. I paid attention to how he handled everything. He treated me with the same courtesy, warmth, and respect he showed everyone else. Top notch service all the way around. Devin definitely represents professionalism the right way.

I went to Take 5 #501 for an oil change and needed coolant as well. The service was great!
