Take 5 Oil Change

I had a really great experience thanks to two crew members who were extremely helpful when I had a few questions. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything clearly. One of the techs, Julian, especially stood out for his outstanding service and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially since they carry Mobil 1 oil here. Customer service like this definitely doesn’t go unnoticed, thank you again!

Waited in line for 80 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. The car in front had finally pulled into the spot for service and waited so long they left. I decided to wait an additional 25 minutes with no car in front of me and not a single person acknowledged I was there. I left as well. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.

The young man who helped me was polite and informative. He didn't recommend I replace my inside and outside filter, however I feel confident it was the right choice. He knew what he was doing, and it didn't take long at all. This was my first visit there and I will go back. It is very convenient to pull in and have everything checked and completed.

Fast and great customer service. The guys working there are friendly and chill, they don’t look miserable like at the other competitors. They explained things thoroughly without any aggressive selling tactics and accepted online coupons without the hassle. 10/10 will come back here instead.

I stopped by the Take 5 on William Cannon yesterday before heading out on a road trip to Florida, and I received excellent customer service from the team on staff. Even though there was a customer ahead of me, they made sure to acknowledge me and let me know I hadn’t been forgotten, which I really appreciated. I also had a great conversation with one of the employees, Joe. Because of their professionalism and friendly service, this will continue to be my go-to spot for oil changes and car maintenance.
