Take 5 Oil Change

Absolutely love this place. Super kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Always walk me through what they’re doing but not talking down to me as someone with bare minimum knowledge about vehicle maintenance. Will only take my car here.

My girlfriend and I were driving back from Seattle and our splash guard under my truck came loose. We pulled up and these guys were SO nice and quick to offer help!! Removed the guard, sent us on our way! So so grateful!! Super friendly, efficient, professional! Definitely recommend:)

I went to the take 5 on Broadway by the Dutch Bros, it was my first time there since they opened! Regardless, they were very knowledgeable and approachable. I got a bottle of water when they greeted me! They changed my oil, checked my wiper blades, topped off my wiper fluid, and my coolant as well! After the oil change, I was told to come back in a month for a free top off of the oil between changes! I also got a coupon for 50% off my next oil change, again because it was my first time! But overall, it was amazing! I will absolutely be going back!

Albert did a fantastic job today! I’m a busy person so my father offered to take my car in today. Everyone was fast, professional and friendly! My dad was raving about the excellent service when I got home! Thank you! I will highly recommend this place to anyone!

Went in for an oil change and they recommended I get my coolant changed, they showed me a sample supposedly taken from my vehicle. What was shown was a pinkish fluid that was gelatinous and had bubbles in it. I declined the coolant swap as they wanted to charge me around 500-700 for the service. Well later down the line I did exactly what I told them and had my brother in law who restored vehicles for a side job change and flush the fluid. It was not gelatinous it was thin like water and didn’t even need changed. On top of this I mentioned for him to check my air filter which did not have oil seeping into it as suggested by the crew working and they don’t put all my bolts back and left them in the hood flap between the windshield and hood. So now I’m missing one of the bolts to my air filt
