Take 5 Oil Change

One of the best oil change experiences I have had! I was able to stay in my car and everyone who worked on the oil change was completely professional. Jeremy, Kyler, Jon. I had my oil changed and air filter replaced. They were upfront with the costs and didn’t try to upsell which is 100% great. Will definitely be a returning customer. They went above and beyond to keep my two small children pacified and engaged with them as well. Kudos to being a kid friendly oil change place!! Keep up the great work.

This was by far the most painless oil change I’ve ever had! The guys were fun to chat with and it’s so convenient to just stay in your car. I was in and out super quick! Will definitely return next time I need an oil change!

Only 3 stars because I havnt been able to get under the car to see if any damage was caused. I only wonder because there was alot of banging going on under the car that doesnt happen when I change my oil. Also they pull my cabin air filter when I came for oil change. I believe this to be part of thier policy to try and make a sale but its not a good practice as unbolting unessicary bolts can cause problems in the future especially when they use tourqe drivers to undo and replace bolts. That being said I will update the stars after I am able to get under the car. What I can see from kneeling and looking under it one of the plastic bolts to hold protective shield on is not completely fastened which makes me wonder what else is not properly fastened? I will not run the car until I can get und

I had a great, quick experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Justin was awesome to work with very open, honest, and knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I never felt pressured into anything extra. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for fast, trustworthy service.

I’m very disappointed with the service at Take 5 Oil Change. After paying over $250 for an oil and coolant change, I discovered the oil drain plug wasn’t tightened properly, which caused all the oil to leak out and nearly damaged my engine. I had to take my car to a mechanic to fix their error. Poor attention to detail and lack of accountability.
