Take 5 Oil Change

I brought my vehicle to their location for a routine oil change service. During the service, the crew failed to properly secure the undercarriage protective panel (also known as the skid plate or engine splash shield) after completion of the oil change. As a result, the panel detached and was damaged while I was driving away from the location shortly after the service. This damage has rendered the protective panel unusable, and it now requires a full replacement. I immediately notified the business upon discovering the issue, provided photos and details of the damage, and requested reimbursement for the repair costs. Despite multiple follow-up attempts via phone and emails, Take 5 has not issued a refund or payment for the replacement part and labor, which totals approximately $200 for pa

Got my oil changed yesterday and everything was amazing. Given water at pull up and all options were explained to me prior to service. You know everything is being done properly because you can see and hear the guys working and communicating to each other throughout the oil change. Service was done quickly and they even checked tire pressure and cleaned my windshield. Very thankful for the great service and glad to have this location close to home. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to change again. Thanks guys!

Great shop of guys. My service was exceptional and the prices were great. Had an oil change, engine filter replacement and coolant flush. I even died in the bay and the guys jump started my battery so I could make it down the street to the auto zone to replace the battery. Now my campervan is running like new. Super appreciative, I'll definitely be coming back before I go back to the west coast.

Had my oil changed in under 45 minutes. Took a little longer for my car because they had to do an evac instead of draining on my car. They told me it would be a little longer. They explained everything they were doing before they did it which was nice . The person working on my car even put my new air filter I had in my car for me. Every person we had contact with was super nice . Will be going back.

The Joey greeted me right away, explained the services clearly, and gave me an accurate wait time. The shop was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated being able to see my car being worked on. They finished a little earlier than promised, checked my fluids and tire pressure, and didn’t push any unnecessary add‑ons. The price was fair for the service and peace of mind. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next oil change and will recommend them to friends and family.
