They were very attentive and, checked everything such as my wiper blades, ac & cabin filters along with my fluids. I'm happy they noticed my coolant was low, it was time to replace and renew the coolant. Answered all my questions. It was a great experience. The only issue i had was their sense of urgency, and mainly because I happen to be the only customer at the time, first of the day around 7:30am.

Bryan was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us. I cannot say enough good things about all the guys at this location. They should all be paid top dollar for the love and value the put into their jobs.

TLDR: Hate to be a hater, but if you want bad attitudes, bad service, and no chance at a refund if they mess up your car, Take 5 Oil Change on Loop 336 is the place for you! I want to thank every manchild who works here for giving me such bad service that I'm changing my own oil from now on. I changed my oil last week and while it was a pain, I didn't have to put up with any incompetent men, so the trade off was more than worth it. I had wanted a refund because they made a mistake while changing my oil back in October. They had taken out my air filter to let me know that it was dirty, but left it alone, which I thought was strange. A week later, I had to call a tow truck because my engine kept stalling. A few months ago I got an oil change at take 5 in Conroe and I used a screenshotted discount. A few days ago I went back to the same location and the man said that they cannot scan screenshotted discounts because the computer won’t scan it. I ask if we could at least try to scan it and he bluntly said he won’t and can’t. I also explained that I got an oil change done before at the same location and used a screenshotted discount and he ignored me and simply said no I can’t and won’t try to scan it. I really like going here but this guy needs a new change of attitude in my opinion. If he had told me they can’t scan it because of a strict policy or something then I’d understand but it just seemed rude at that point when he spoke to me. I really do like coming here but I’d rather not have this

I am beyond disappointed with the recent decline of this location. What used to be my preferred shop in Conroe has become an exercise in frustration and poor management. My experience today was the final straw: • Dishonest Wait Times: I was initially told to return in 30–45 minutes for a state inspection. I gave them an hour to be safe, only to be told it would be another hour, then 10 minutes, then 20. There is zero sense of urgency or respect for a customer’s time. • Unprofessional Conduct: Despite there being four open parking spaces, I was told I "couldn't" park on the property and was instructed to wait on the street.
