Take 5 Oil Change

I love a Take 5! They greet you with a bottle of water! The guys are always so nice and knowledgeable. They tell you what’s happening, and what they are going to do/check for. I especially appreciate their kindness and efficiency in the work they do. They are always quick, and even helped fix a loose oil cap that Mavis left loose from my previous tire work. The company hires amazing guys to represent the brand and this location is no exception. They work hard and never judge when I say no to replacing something. I am always happy with the job they do and the care they put into their jobs!

Had an oil change, filter, and cabin filter. All the guys were super helpful and very friendly. Joe the manager was very helpful and explained everything they did. He definitely knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend this place. They even gave me a cold bottle of water.

Where do we begin. I went to take 5 to get my 2004 grand Cherokee a month or 2 ago. It was raining not so hard it could break a wiper but it was raining, at a red light my windshield wiper blade that I was charged $60 for crumbled literally into pieces . This past week I went to add wiper fluid . That’s when I realized that there was something sticking out of my air filter box I take the cover off to then find that they have put a much bigger filter (that they insisted that I needed) that obviously doesn't fit . So I’d honestly like my money back .ill add the missing wiper blade when I get home but $90 for equipment that falls apart at a stop and that dosent fit my vehicle I shouldn’t be charged for . It’s safe to say Conway take 5 does not care about their customers vehicle . (EDIT) I the

First time getting my oil changed at Take 5 and let’s just I will definitely be back! Custom service was top notch. They communicated with me very well and I really enjoyed watching them work as a team to complete my oil change. Other companies need to study their team communication. See y’all in 3 months

The techs were nice, knowledgeable and quick. I had worked all day and I am bad about putting things like this off because I'm exhausted and don't feel like sitting at a auto shop for an hour while I get my oil changed. I had seen an add for take 5 and honestly thought it's too good to be true. Nope it was awesome! I didn't have to get out, didn't have to sit in a stinky room while someone comes in every 5 minutes trying to sell me other services that I'm sure I don't need. Nope in and out one set price. I'll definitely be going here from now on. If you're like me and look at an oil change like it's a visit to the dentist this is the place to go! The guys were so nice and fast. 100% satisfied!
