Please send me your email. 02.23.2026 review I had an oil change done here yesterday and my experience was very concerning. After the service, I specifically asked to see the oil and checked the dipstick myself multiple times by touching it with my finger. The oil already appeared very dark immediately after the oil change, which did not look consistent with freshly changed oil. I even asked the staff to show me the new oil and compared it directly. Then I checked the dipstick again on-site in front of the store manager, James. He personally looked at the dipstick with me and insisted that the oil was new, but the color and condition were still extre

One of the best Take 5 locations in Memphis! The guys here get you in and out with little to no wait! Brandon, Chance, and Ladarryies were all so kind, made sure our car had ice cold waters, the kids had cold juice boxes and fruit snacks! Kept us all comfortable in while the car had to be turned off on a hot day! They pay attention to detail and double check each others work. I also appreciate them making me aware of their coupons on the company site! I’ll definitely be returning here for my next oil change!

Chance was truly amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and extremely communicative throughout the entire service. He took the time to explain what was being done, double-checked every detail, and made sure everything was completed correctly before finishing. The whole experience was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free because of his attention to detail and customer-focused approach. I don’t know Chance personally, but it was immediately clear that he stands out as one of the top employees at this location. His work ethic, professionalism, and leadership qualities are impressive. He clearly takes pride in his job and represents the company in the best possible way. Chance has a very bright future ahead, and he would be an excellent choice for a management role. Great customer service by all. I was greeted with a beverage before I got into bin with beautiful smiles. Everyone greeted me & had smiles on their faces. It warm my heart ❤️ quick service with a group working on my car. First time at this location Will visit this location again. I must say that every location I visited it is always great customer service. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

Peyton was great and the service was top notch. As a woman, sometimes oil changes are uncomfortable due to a mostly male staff. This location was respectful and knowledgeable. Will go back!
