I was stuck in the middle of traffic during rush hour with cars honking all around for about 20 minutes. I didn’t know what was wrong with my car. It just wouldn’t go. I see 2 men running towards me and saw the Valvoline on their shirts and started crying. I was so happy to see them. They pushed my car out of traffic into a gas station parking lot and checked under my hood. I was out of oil. I had a quart in my car they put in for me and looked at some other things under the hood. My car was able to start!! I drove across the street to the Valvoline and they put another quart in my car. They were my angels that day!! Shoutout to Carlos and Jay!!! I will definitely go to Valvoline to get my oil changed from now. I want to go where there are awesome employees. Germantown parkway.
