Take 5 Oil Change

I had a great experience at 5 Minute Oil Change. Trey C. was very professional and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my vehicle and the services being performed. He did an excellent job, and the entire crew was friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated how clearly all services were explained before anything was done. I’m very happy with the overall experience. The only small downside was that the AC filter felt a bit overpriced, but everything else was top-notch. Thank you for the great service!

Ignoring the customer's request. A simple request! A complete oil change using oil provided by the car owner, poured directly into the engine, because it was measured and ready for direct addition to the engine. In the end, the employee returned 0.5 liters of my oil to me, which means the oil change was incomplete and of poor quality. The request not to touch or check anything other than the oil was ignored! The employees were running from one car to another, not concentrating on the waiting customer. Why approach the car and then run away when the customer wants to express their wishes? This morning I stopped by Take 5 in Daytona after dropping off my husband at work, and from the moment I pulled up, Jesse and Robert were ON IT. They immediately noticed my front left tire needed attention, checked all four, and walked me through exactly what was going on and what my next steps should be. As a woman, walking into male-dominated spaces can sometimes feel intimidating… but these two made me feel the complete opposite. They were patient, kind, and so damn thorough. I had questions — a lot of them — and they never rushed me, never talked over me. They explained everything clearly, made sure I understood what was being done, and were upfront about pricing before anything happened. I love the Take 5 layout and the dynamic of the service but the pricing really is ridiculous. I can go to Chevy or Walmart and spend $40 for an oil change vs spending $110 - $120 with Take 5. The pricing is robbery and it is the reason i stopped coming for so long. The service from the crew was top notch! Andrew, Daniel, Jesse, and also another guy was great on Saturday. They were respectful, considerate, and they acknowledged every driver whose car pulled into the bay, within 1-2 minutes of pulling in. All the guys were busy doing something to help one another. The crew that was there Saturday is the reason i would ever consider coming back. Great job guys! 😊

I had a great experience with Robert and Andrew. The men explained to me exactly what they were doing and made valid recommendations on what my car needed as it hadn’t been serviced in a while. I requested a check on tire pressure and an oil change. I was at Take 5 for around 10 min and was treated with friendly and professional service!
