Take 5 Oil Change

This is the location that my wife introduced me to so i was sure it would be perfect, and i must say i was not shocked or surprised that it was. Great customer service and assistance from the mech/technican Kulture, who advised me on safe practices and maintenance scheduling for more vehicle. I'll be back again after sending my sister to get her vehicles serviced here.

February, 2026: HIGHLY recommend this particular Take 5 location. I had a Fantastic experience for the SECOND time in a year at this location. The Manager, Erica and one of the other employees, Quentin, were EXCELLENT. My car needed a lot and they let me know options on top of the regular oil change but did not try and push sales hard, which generally pushes me away from locations. I chose a couple of the options they recommended this time AND they listened to all of my concerns and questions. I will come here again for service when next I need it. Thank you to the entire staff.

Service was swift and thorough. Ashley and her team took care of my vehicle, pointing out issues i was aware of (and had been putting off) without being pushy or overbearing. The team also had great chemistry making an enjoyable atmosphere It was a great experience that i’d be more than happy to repeat.

I would give 0 if I could. They get NO stars from me! I went to Take 5 to get an oil change on a brand new 2025 Kia Sorento. I just found out that they put the wrong oil in my vehicle. And likely why it has been stalling/hesitating slightly ever since! I got the vehicle brand new in 2025 and it was not doing any hesitating before I went to Take 5. I spoke to the manager Brian at the location on Powers Ferry Rd in Marietta, GA. He refused to refund me. He says it’s out of warranty but I had no idea I couldn’t trust them or had a reason to complain. I thought they were competent and doing the correct job I paid them for. Even after I told him that the Kia dealership said my vehicle is NOT to have W30 only W20 because using the wrong oil could mess my vehicle up. And it’s a European oil as w

My oil change experience was phenomenal. I was given a bottle of water while also greeted with a smiling mechanic with a positive attitude. He was thorough with what I needed, friendly in conversation while still getting me out quickly to continue with my day. He took the time to help me get the best deal possible. I am grateful for this experience.
