Take 5 Oil Change

Take 5 in Defiance is amazing!!!! The gentleman that were there they were very helpful. I travel for work and I was way overdue for an oil change. They did share with me the things that needed to be done to help my car run more efficiently. They also gave me a coupon to help since I was a little strapped on cash and didn’t get paid until the following day. They were kind helpful, clean my windshield and got me on my way. I have about a 4 1/2 hour Drive home and I feel much better that they took care of me! Great place friendly staff will definitely come back :-)

Overpriced, borderline deceptive practices. The attendant quotedme a price of $82.99. He did not tell me that was the premium service and that they also offered a standard service of $49.99. But once I pulled in to the service bay, I saw the signs posted and thought they were cutting me a break because the post sign for premium said $85.99. Then at the very bottom below the prices was a statement In fine print that said “shop service fee would be $4.99.” Which I don’t understand, because we’re using your shop to change the oil, correct? Somewhere in the $80 plus price should be enough to cover your “shop fee”. Anyway, they proceeded with the premium service, after which I realized they Include an additional quart of oil for every price range. I don’t understand that either. Why not just h

De'Angelo , jess and Devon were awesome. They know how to work as a team! Fast service and most of all they all had a smile on there face. They all explained everything they were doing. So I give them a 10/10. 🙂

Everyone was friendly and nice. I wasn’t from the area. Was getting my son’s car serviced. He’s away at college. Was happy with the service I received. Maybe one suggestion, there was several new employees there being trained. Manager was trying to take care of both bays, and wasn’t able to really watch was the newbies were doing. Made me feel like I had to really keep an eye on them.

I had a great time at Take 5. They were friendly and fast. They checked all filters, tire pressure, coolant system, and switched out the oil all in a good amount of time. All I had to do is sit in the car and relax.
