My second visit for oil change. I was extremely pleased both times. One gentleman handled the paperwork, miscellaneous, check in procedure and the one doing the actual oil change were exceptionally professional, thorough, kind and considerate. Excellent experience due to these exceptional employees!
Moses and Corey were amazing, so thorough and friendly and did a wonderful job, offered me water made me feel like a valued customer! I highly recommend this location 👌
I had a great experience here. Moses was super helpful and friendly. He topped off all my fluids, changed my air filter and added air to my tire, and made sure everything looked good. Charles handled my oil change quickly and professionally. Both of them took great care of me. I really appreciate the service!
Always GREAT service at the location. I drive an hour to this location. And as a disabled veteran, many places don’t recognize us. So I will continue to take the drive for the service and support those who support Vets with a much-needed discount!
Douglasville service was the best I’ve ever received! I have a BMW X3 and most people know nothing about it, they even read and checked my oil levels. 10 - 10 - RECOMMEND!
