I took my 2024 Kia Forte GT to the Fayetteville location on the morning of 2/9/26 and the MOD & TECH that changed my oil we're top notch. Very professional and easy to talk to. It took less than 15 minutes even with all the chatting we did. I'll see yall again in about 3k miles.
Ahmad and Keyvaan, I’m not sure if I’m spelling it right lol! I just want to give a huuuuuggge shoutout to those 2 they were very precise in the service that they provided. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend the Fayetteville,GA location. Take 5 management, director management, etc please look into raises or bump in pay for these 2. I’m coming back. Great price on the oil change.
These guys were great. I inadevertently came in five minutes to close on Sunday and they happily assisted me. They did a thorough job getting the oil change done, checked all my fluids to top them off. And the company even includes 3 months/5k miles free returns for tops offs. Great service and a good deal for the price. Typically, I work on my own vehicle but I got in a bind this time and just needed it done. Any time I'm not able to do my own oil change, this will be the place I go first.
The staff that worked on this past Friday evening were the best! I called ahead and they answered swiftly and handled all of my questions well. Then I went to the location about an hour later and it was such a quick service! Way better than waiting hours at the dealerships! Fast, accurate and friendly service!
The service was great. They were fast and friendly. The willingness to assist was 10/10. I was able to ask questions about my car AND get answers without feeling like they were judging me. I’ll definitely be back in the future.
