Take 5 Oil Change

Slow. Over an hour wait. I am 99.9% sure as I was directed off the ramp to the exit they saw the stick hanging out of my car they slammed the hood on to. Young help doesn’t always pay off. Some are teachable. Others, not so much! Smh

Needed that mandatory oil change but too fricken hot to do it myself, like i usually do. My usual mechanics were booked up and too busy so I took a chance and stopped at 5 minute oil. Best decision I ever made. The techs took me right in, got my info, drained and refilled my oil including filter, topped off windshield fluid, checked my antifreeze and cleaned my windshield, getting me back on the road in about 10 minutes. Awesome experience for a first time customer. I will definitely be coming back. ********* The honeymoon is officially over after visit 2 and 3. Oil splashes under hood not cleaned up, noticed undercarriage splash shield hanging odd so after latest visit, put vehicle on the ramps and OMG!!! Found 50% of my mounting hardware missing (1 installed improperly), tire rub damage

Terrible. Left the oil drain plug loose. Leaked oil all over my carport. Lots of damage. Promised refund. Never received, had to dispute with my bank. When you call their shop they answer the phone "Hello?". I think that's all that needs to be said here. I've made my point. If you value your vehicle, and a huge oil stain in your carport won't increase the value of your condo or impress your neighbors — get your lube elsewhere. Youve been warned.

This is specifically for store 913, 5050 W Northern. On Saturday I was running errands and my tire pressure light came on. I'm a little older and wasn't sure which tire it was and it made me very anxious. I pulled into this location to see if they would help. I felt like I was bothering them, but everyone was SO KIND! They gave me and my granddaughter a bottle of water, patiently guided me in and checked all my tires! They adjusted the pressure on all of them and didn't even charge, although I gladly would have paid! My tire light went off and I was able to enjoy the rest of my day without worry. Service like this is so rare these days. I don't think people understand sometimes the impact little acts of kindness have, but it was big for me! Thanks to these guys, awesome staff there on Sat

My dad took my car in for an oil change and once there, they claimed some filters were dirty and blah blah we agreed. Great, everything seemed fine but once we got home we realized the car was leaking an absurd amount of coolant, which it wasn’t doing before the service. We took the car back and they claimed it was just leaking water, nothing major. Drove it for about a week, but every time I went to start my car, I had to make sure I put more coolant in it. Ended up taking it to a mechanic and was told that they probably nicked something while doing the oil change which resulted in the coolant leak affecting the heater core.
