Take 5 Oil Change

If you’re in a rush, it definitely takes more than 10 minutes. When I pulled up, there were two other vehicles in the other slots, and it took me an hour and a half from start to finish for just an oil change and a filter. The employees there were all exceptionally nice. The manager Daniel demonstrated a good job of hurrying his crew along. And Carlos was a super personable employee and demonstrated good knowledge. Overall, great employees, and service, I was offered water as refreshments several times little bit expensive but they also offer discounts, not a quick in and out.

Excellent and SPEEDY service done by the Ed Carey Crew in Harlingen. They exhibited upmost professionalism, offered me water throughout my visit, demonstrated my Carfax report of my vehicle while I received my oil change. Special shoutout to Austin who was the outstanding servicemen that I would like to devote my upmost gratitude for. Thank you for your work that goes unnoticed.

Had a very good experience, I believe my Tech’s name was Austin. He was extremely knowledgeable in his field. Knew the type of oil I needed off the top of his head but still took the extra step to confirm it. Was given complimentary water while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. They were done so quick I didn’t get to finish the bottle of water. I will definitely be going back.

Went in for an oil change and coolant replacement mechanic did not inform me he didn’t know how to reset and complete the full process in replacing and filing my oil in my car. Called customer service and gave me the run around saying they didn’t everything right when the mechanic indeed did not ever tell me he didn’t know how to fully complete the full oil change from start to finish and expect me to fish it myself when I paid almost $300 bucks for them to do a simple oil change and coolant replacement. Store manager was rude trying to run around my situation and still hasn’t bothered to call me back and fix the situation. (Decided leaving customer stranded was their best option in doing so) Do Not Recommend!!!

Everyone's super helpful and very nice. They got me in and out rather quickly and helped me with an oil change. I highly recommend coming to this place. They were professional and sweet.
