Take 5 Oil Change

I went to Walmart for a normal oil change, but they said they can't get my cap off because it had been rounded. They also couldn't use the evac method bc their evac was broken. Another customer overheard and recommended take 5. I figured they would try the evac method bc of my cap issue, but no. They went above and beyond by doing everything they could to remove the cap. They even replaced it for free, but Walmart said it may be a 10 to 15 dollar charge! Tyler and Lucky showed me everything and explained everything before doing it. It was so fast! They had a lot of discounts/deals going on too! I've never enjoyed an oil change until now. The whole experience was amazing! And I didn't even have to get out of my car! My daughter went in for an oil change this past December. At the end of January she called me, broke down on the side of the road, because of negligence at this location. It turns out her oil filter was not put on properly which caused her car to leak oil profusely. We've had to replace her oil well before it was due and have had to replace the oil plug. We are still waiting to see if any other damage was incurred because of their negligence. I called and spoke with a manager and was told they would reach out the following week. They did not and when calling again, all of the managers are "out for a rally." I do not recommend this place to anyone if you truly value your vehicle. This seems to be a common occurrence here. Took my husband’s truck here to get an overdue oil change. The team was quick, very efficient, and explained everything simply to my girl brain. Only tried to offer me services that I genuinely needed (like a new air filter) and they fixed me up in a jiffy and I was easily on my way. 12/10!!!

Excellent customer service- they even provided drinks and a snack for my kids and I while we waited. A wait that was less than 15 min, by the way. The service was speedy. Everything they were doing was communicated to me clearly. They displayed a great understanding of teamwork, which is how they can get you in and out so fast. Was a bit more than I was used to spending, but the service and convenience was way better than I've ever gotten elsewhere. Overall, I feel the price was quite reasonable, and I REALLY needed the work done and quick. You don't need an appointment or wait hours for an opening. Just drive up. That crew is great! They were fast friendly and more importantly thorough !! ready to help me with whatever in a matter of minutes I was in and outta there quick. Not only did they save me time , They even saved me money! And thats where its at for me folks! Thanks again u guys!!
