Very polite and thorough customer service. Made a couple suggestions on other services besides the oil change but didnt push at all. They also have a 25% off veterans discount. Will definitely continue to get my vehicles serviced at this location.
This was my very first time using Take 5 and had the most horrible experience. First Kyle, did not greet me or say hi. After that he started asking me questions and I stated it’s on the intake sheet, he said “oh”. He didn’t see it or notice it initially. So I let him know this is my first time and this is a fleet vehicle for my transportation company so I would like to open a fleet account. He stated we don’t do that here and I stated the to Kyle the gentleman that took my information that’s on the sheet of paper stated I could sign up. So I asked Kyle for clarity. Well Kyle had no idea and asked his manager Jason and Jason gave me the pamphlet on how to setup fleet account. After we got this squared away Kyle asked me what oil would I like to use and he hand gestures to the sign. I stated
The staff was really nice. Upon arrival I was offered a bottle of water and greeted with a smile. Zach is SUPER funny, I just loved his energy the whole time I was there. If he keeps that up, he’ll go places, HIGH places!!!! All around great everything
Had an amazing experience young men that helped us that was .Awesome detailed everything asked if we had any concerns. Let us in on all the check uos and what was added and checked .keep up the great work see ya again soon whe we come back from Cali
This is the slowest take 5 I’ve ever been to. They advertise a speedy oil change but when I arrived there was an open bay and only one other car there so I was excited. I’ve been in this bay for 30 minutes now and they haven’t touched my truck yet. It’s frustrating to watch them work without a care in the world. Hopefully they’ll get to me soon. One of the slowest oil changes I’ve ever had. Hire people who work with a purpose. I know it’s not a great paying gig but man…
