Take 5 Oil Change

Do not recommend take 5 Oil Change on SR-60 in Lake Wales!! A bunch of idiots working there who don’t know what they are doing. They forgot to tighten the plate on my car causing it to fall off, drag on the road and bend up. Now they wouldn’t answer the phone this morning and I only got somewhere because I called corporate. I’m pleased to say I went over to the one in Winter Garden after I notice the noise and they happily helped remove the plate off until I get a new one.

The technician did a very good Job w/ safety checks and assurance. Your manager lacks communication experience. Got handed a bottle of water and she disappeared for more questions following the acknowledgement of a coupon. She needs to work on her person to person interaction. Especially to be called a manager. But I love the techs they did a good job . Infact I tipped her , the tech 12 dollars. Honestly I feel your tech needs to be the manager not the current day manager.

Superb loved the communication between the techs as the job was taking place. Confirming each thing as the job was being done. Sort of like a check each step off and saying it outloud to each other Sort of a second check while doing the job. Very knowledgeable in the other services they do also.

I've never been here before, and all I got to say is the experience was great. Alicia and Leddy did an amazing job; they both explained every step and recommended a few things I needed. The team here has a good vibe and they treat me with respect. I highly recommend this shop.

This was the worst oil change I’ve ever paid for. When removing the oil filter the tech did not white down the bottom of the drip pan, steering arms , or the steering shocks. This Trcuk is very clean and they left oil all over the underside of the truck. Secondly, the tech (female) had dirty gloves and everywhere she touched the truck there was oily finger prints and smudges. The front bumper had oil residue all over it. This truck was just washed prior to the oil change and had oil everywhere from the oil change. I will never visit this establishment again and will recommend no one else does either. People can not monitor a vehicle if oil change techs do not clean up after themselves when removing the oil filter and the spillage afterwards.
