Best customer service anywhere by far. Questions answered, advice given and even reminded me I had a coupon. Very knowledgeable and no pressure on any purchases. Extremely top-notch. I had taken my wife’s 2017 Sonata here for an oil change yesterday because her check engine light had come on and I knew her car had little oil in it, so I thought to get the oil change as the first step in diagnosing the problem. I waited for about 15 minutes in line while one of techs went up to every vehicle behind me and avoided me completely, and not once did I talk to anybody until after I had pulled into the bay. The tech who worked on my vehicle appeared to do his job and went through all the motions I’ve come to expect from Take 5. I left after a short while, having gone with an oil change and engine air filter replacement, and noticed the check engine light was still on. Interesting. I took the car to a trusted auto shop nearby and mentioned that I had just gotten the oil chang

The service personnel at the Take 5 on So. FLA AVE in Lakeland were very knowledgeble and fast. They worked great as a team and from the time they started to the time they finished was only 15 minutes . They changed the oil and filter, checked and replaced the cabin air filter,checked the radiator fluid. Theyeven checked the tire pressure. I say well done guys! I know ill be back again.
